If you’d rather a more low key cinematic experience, TIFF is doing special march break screenings of some family favourites, like The Goonies or Jamangi. These family matinees are a great way to get you and your children out of the house, and enjoy some of these awesome classics.

ls6. Toronto Public Libraries and Chapters

If your child is a bookworm then you might want to look into the many activities run by Indigo and Chapters. Participating stores are reading stories, playing games, and running programs similar to our very popular Lego and Rainbow Loom classes.

Toronto Public Library has lots in store too: puppet shows of your favourite books, sing-a-longs, and magic shows. There are also opportunities for writing and art classes! Check out what is happening at your local branch.
