Welcome to Curio-Lab, where curious minds explore the magical space where science, art, and imagination collide! Each week, kids will dive into hands-on experiments and creative projects that blend discovery with design—think erupting sculptures, colour-changing creations, and inventions that move, float, or fizz. With each activity, they’ll uncover fascinating scientific concepts while expressing their own unique ideas through art. This playful, curiosity-fuelled workshop invites young creators to ask questions, make a mess, and find wonder in the unexpected. If your child loves to tinker, dream, and explore, Curio-Lab is the perfect place to spark inspiration!

This is a multidisciplinary based program intended to introduce our Explorers to the experience of a lunch or after school program – through a variety of crafts, projects and activities! Below are options and examples of lessons that might be run, but please take your group’s interests and your talents and passions into account when planning your term. You can use the session options below or create your own lesson plans, exploring, crafting, playing and creating with your students.

Note that depending on the age and attention span of your students, you may want to stretch a lesson across several weeks or combine lessons into one week to keep things exciting.
