Going over everything below should take LESS than 4 minutes — then it’s time to start your first project or activity with the group and get excited about the term ahead!
Level 1 (LEAD) Instructors: Please fill in the form below immediately following your first session in any/every program.
Level 2 and above — you are welcome to fill in the form and MAY be asked to do so by Randy/Liz/a Senior Instructor from time to time, but it is not required unless requested.
